OPTION 3: LEARN MORE ABOUT THE FIRST FERC ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE ROUNDTABLE
On March 29, 2023, FERC hosted its first Roundtable on Environmental Justice and Equity in Infrastructure Permitting. The technical conference invited government and community experts to discuss the implementation of Environmental Justice guidance in FERC decision-making. Comments can be filed in Docket No. AD23-5-000 until May 15, 2023. Learn more on the official FERC.gov website.
